Sky Search Partners Welcomes Gayle Flood Cassidy as Practice Leader

Seasoned healthcare executive is uniquely positioned to lead the firm’s Hospital, Health System, and Physician Group recruitment team

PHOENIX, ARIZ., April 16, 2018 – Gayle Flood Cassidy has joined the Sky Search Partners team for the next chapter of her leadership journey.  She is launching the Hospital, Health System and Physician Group practice for newly re-branded Sky Search Partners, a leading Phoenix, Arizona-based national executive recruitment firm.

With nearly 30 years of healthcare experience, Gayle started as a clinical physical therapist and then progressively advanced through hospital leadership ranks to Vice President, Operations for the hospital and medical group at Banner University Medical Center in Phoenix. Throughout her career, she has led, directly or indirectly, all departments within a hospital as well as a large medical group practice.  This enables Gayle to uniquely offer her executive search clients an “I’ve walked in your shoes” perspective for filling strategic roles within their organizations.

The transition to executive search and talent management is a natural step for her. “I’ve actively led recruitment efforts in most of the leadership roles in my career.  I understand the critical nature of selecting the best talent and fit for a specific position to effectively match candidates with the organizations’ culture and needs.  In addition to leading the front-end selection processes, I’ve also experienced the impact of bringing in the right person at the right time to deliver strategic results and true value for an organization.”
